OKAY, that's enought of the philosophical talk!
These beauties are my hand painted Super Mario themed shoes!

They've been taking waaaaay too long to finish. It must've been about a year now since I first started painting them. You know, school and life has been getting in the way...those bastards...

I feel that Super Mario was the right thing for me to paint, since I pretty much love everything that has Nintendo written over it.
Super Mario has always been in my life...even before I was born! (My parents were kind of addicted to SM in their younger days..) therefore I have a strong connection to Mario and Nintendo.
As a matter of fact Shigeru Miyamoto is my hero, my true love, my prince in shiny armor on a white horse, MY LINK!
And no, this is NOT my Asian fetish speaking. This is some deep shit I tell ya.
Mr.Miyamoto is one of the reasons for who I am today, and I am truly grateful for that.
One of my biggest dreams today is to meet him in person. If that is ever to happen, it will be the happiest day of my life.

I hope you're still reading because these shoes are FOR SALE. Yes you heard me, I'm selling them!
They're sadly too small for my feet, or else I would've kept them for myself

The European size is 38
I have European size 39 in my shoes and i can just fit my feet in these ones, but they're way to tight...if that helps you guys figure out the size of the shoes c:

I was wandering does the design stay on shoes after the washing (if you get them dirty) and what are the tools to work with on fabric? Great stuff btw, I'm getting ideas I want to do for myself

yeah, I had a pair of shoes that I painted with the same paint and got them really dirty!
So I washed them in a washing machine and the paint was unharmed

I use hobby-paint, lacquer (It protects the color) and toothpicks (:
